Energy is clearing. Energy separating our dimensions is becoming finer and finer. This would appear to be a good thing if you were alert and aware spiritually. But it can also bring with it trials and tribulations as it becomes increasingly difficult to remain within your dense physical state of unknowing. A greater energetic response occurs and the planet begins to show her discomfort energetically, with uphevals energetically, through volcanoes, tidal waves, the things you are seeing on your planet increasing. Therefore, when a group such as yours come together we are delighted and we are very grateful. We are supremely grateful because we have the opportunity to share with you the simplicity, the keys that are so easy for you to put into place to make a vast difference to your own vibrationally frequency, your humanity rising to meet your divinity and in that becoming whole and remembering yourself as divinely creative beings in the making.

It is not as difficlut as you might think. Start becoming aware of yourself, your thoughts, your feelings, your emotions on a moment by moment experience.

It's about challenging thoughts and ideas, feelings and emotions that do not hold you in a positive, joyous, peaceful and harmonious place, regardless of what is going on around you.

Change your thoughts. We understand you have so many thoughts in a day that it is difficult for every thought to be challenged. But when a thought creates an emotional response within your solar plexus, then it is big enough and important enough for you to challenge that thought. Challenge the thought, asking it,

'Where are you taking me?

Are you taking me into a land that is beautiful and that I would want to reside in? Am I going to be warm and joyous? Will I hear the birds singing? Will the sky be blue?

Or are you trying to take me into some deep, dark and dank place?'

Make sure that each thought that you do become aware of is of a good enough quality to represent who you want to remember yourself as. Every thought you have is a prayer to the Universe and every prayer you send to the universe is recognised. The universe will respond to that wave of energy, to that pattern of energy with what you are putting out there. So if is continuously 'I do not have enough. I have lack. I have lack.' of whatever in your life you percieve as lacking, the universe will provide without questioning you. The universe does not question.
